Under Running Crane (LD)

The LD type of under running overhead crane (also called bridge crane )is the most popular designing since the very beginning.  Our annual turnout is 20,000 units for the whole market. The main girder adopts 6mm and 8mm thickness steel plate. Chinese workshop has a 1700mm clearrance above the rail, which is excellenct for the maintenance of the crane.  In some Middle East countries, the clearance is  less than this, and please indicate this data when you placing the order.

Main Beam

We reserve the concept of "safety factor", and remain the traditional main beam fabrication methord. Each of the beam is made by 6mm thickness of side board, and 8mm top and bellow board. 

 

Bearing System 

The  reducer is hardtooth designing. Bearing is HA/WA/LUO 3 brands. Casting box type. The gear box is made by our factory in order to give a reliable quality. The market has many suppliers, and some of them can get 50% price than ours.  However, we do not reduce the quality in order to reduce the cost.

End Trucks (Carriage)

Soft start driving system(380v only) makes the long travel smoothly, reduces noise.  Modular system designing gives the crane more free working space. Unique conbinations with steel profiles sections for maximum distance between suspensions.  

Double C-track Festoon System

 

 4mm thickness national standard trackpull  and push wheel with sealed bearing

 Flat cable for strong life.

 Electrical box has indication of working.

 This double C-track festoon system makes the driver can be seperate from the hoist , so that give a maximum safety protection. 

Hoist

The crane forms  a complete set with CD1/MD1 electric hoist. Our Hoist  Motor is a very part of electrical hoist. we choose the Nanjing Zongchang(Best in China) motor to provide you a best usig experience.it has the advantages of soft starting and outstanding electricity saving effect.

MD1 type  electrical hoist add one more motor with lower output  based on CD1type.MD1 type can adjust to the work need more accuracy. it can stop at your exact litfing position for you to operate
