1. Introduction

YZ type hot metal overhead crane special designed for a steel factory. We offer Hot Metal Ladle crane, which is technologically advanced, and high in functioning. Normally there are four beams and two trolleys assembled on the crane, laminated ladle hook is equipped on the main trolley for lifting the ladle, and Aux trolley is for overturning the ladle and other assistant handing. The electrical appliance is installed inside of the main girder with heat insulation device and cooling device, the crane can work efficiently under harsh conditions such as high temperature and dust-laden.

All parts of the mechanical and electrical equipment are designed so that they are easily accessible from permanent service platforms for adjustment, lubrication, inspection, maintenance and repair.gIRDE

YZ type Girder Crane can be build double girder or four girders. This crane used 8 wheel series when the lifting capacity is over 63t, double motor and four braking system.

This crane model recommended by the WTO and match technical standard GB/T14405-93.

2 Characteristics
1) the limiting size is the lowest between the top and the track of trolley, that is to say, it reduces 20% -30% room space compared with traditional products, which can reduces the capital of workshop 20% efficiently.

2)It has hard- tooth reducer, imported wire- rope ,and trinity drive system. It is equipped with such protecting devices as alarm device to overloading. Obliquely hanging, second protecting equipment preventing hook clashing the top, protecting the current lacking of any phrase etc.

3)The electric appliance adjusts speed without contact or spark module ,and fulfill the converter function, including mini-speed and double speed, which makes traveling and lifting very steady.

4) The operating board (handle) adopts 12V safe voltage to fulfill multi-function to gantry hoist. The electric controlling can be used more than 2 million times when the voltage is 380v +5~10%.
