1.What should I supply if I want to know the price?
If you want to send inquiry to us, please supply the following parameters:
A.Tip load and Max. load(Ton) of the tower crane
B.Jib length (m)
Then we will supply the price as soon as possible.
2.What kind of payment do you accept?
T/T or L/C on sight
3.How to make the installation? Can you send engineer to us?
We can supply oversea service, it depends on the buyer. There are two choices:
a. If you have professional engineer, you can finish it by yourself. we will send you all the technical
documents, such as foundation drawing, installation manual, operation manual.
b. we can send our engineer to guide you on installation. The buyer needs to pay the cost which
mainly includes visa application, round-trip tickets, provide accommodation and meal, and
allowance for each engineer.
4.What about spare parts?
We can supply quick-wear parts freely. But as for some It is strongly recommended you purchase
some shipped along with the equipment.
