10t Mg Type Double Girder Gantry Crane

MG(A) type box girder gantry crane are usua outdoor storage, stock grounds, railway warehouses, and seaport docks. It also can be used in special operation with various hooks. It consists of four main parts, bridge structure, traveling mechanism, trolley and electric equipment. The bridge is welded structure of box-type girder. All movements of the crane are controlled from the cabin. Either rigid shapes of steel (angles or tees) or flexible insulated cable shall be selected to be utilized as runway conductors.


MG Double Beams Gantry Crane

1. Mainly made up of bridge, trolley, crane traveling mechanism and electric system.
2. Applies to the open warehouse or rail along for general handling and lifting work.
3. Also can equipped with many lifting device for special work.
4. Prohibited for lifting high temperature solution, flammable, explosive, corrosion, overloading, dust and other dangerous operations.

Components:

1. Main Girder
Be welded of steel plates with honeycomb hole, connected by high-strength precision bolt.
There are sliding rail for trolley to travel upper the girder which is fixed on outrigger by high-tension precision bolt.

2. Outrigger
A. Consist of rigid outrigger and flexible outrigger, all connection points are connected by high-tension bolt
B. The ladder is used by operator to enter into cab or arriving at winch
C. When the span>30m, there need a flexible leg aiming at reducing the lateral thrust the trolley has to the rail when the girder load objects.

3. Travelling mechanism
A. The driving gear box supplys power to realize the crane's travelling.
B. What the difference between driving gear box and passive wheel box is that passive wheel box lacks transmission structure such as dynamo. reducer and a pair of exposed gear

4. Trolley with hoist
A. Trolley frame welded of steel plate is the loading and travelling mechanism of trolley with hoisting
B. Winch is the lifting mechanism of trolley...When it works, wire rope affects the pulley as rising and falling movement,
Which makes suspended objects lifting and lowering

5. Cab
A. Glass window through which one can watch overall working condition is installed in the front and two sides of the cab
B. Electric cabinet as a group of independent cabinet, fixed outside of cab is connected by control cable and linkage station which is set up in the cab

Technical Characteristics:

A. the limiting size is the lowest between the top and the track of trolley, that is to say, it reduces 20% -30% room space compared with traditional products, which can reduces the capital of workshop 20% efficiently.

B. It has hard- tooth reducer, imported wire- rope ,and trinity drive system. It is equipped with such protecting devices as alarm device to overloading. Obliquely hanging, second protecting equipment preventing hook clashing the top, protecting the current lacking of any phrase etc.

C. The electric appliance adjusts speed without contact or spark module ,and fulfill the converter function, including mini-speed and double speed, which makes traveling and lifting very steady.

4. The operating board (handle) adopts 12V safe voltage to fulfill multi-function to gantry hoist. The electric controlling can be used more than 2 million times when the voltage is 380v +5~10%.
