Product Description

                               Under Running Crane 20t (LD)

The LD type of under running overhead crane (also called bridge crane )is the most popular designing since the very beginning. 
Our annual turnout is 20,000 units for the whole market.
The main girder adopts 6mm and 8mm thickness steel plate.
Chinese workshop has a 1700mm clearrance above the rail, which is excellenct for the maintenance of the crane.  In some Middle East countries, the clearance is  less than this, and please indicate this data when you placing the order.

Steel Plate Cutting and Treatment
The board was cut by auto-cutting machine.

Main Beam
We reserve the concept of "safety factor", and remain the traditional main beam fabrication methord. Each of the beam is made by 6mm thickness of side board, and 8mm top and bellow board.

Bearing System
The  reducer is hardtooth designing. Bearing is HA/WA/LUO 3 brands. Casting box type. The gear box is made by our factory in order to give a reliable quality. The market has many suppliers, and some of them can get 50% price than ours.  However, we do not reduce the quality in order to reduce the cost.

This double C-track festoon system makes the driver can be seperate from the hoist , so that give a maximum safety protection.

5. The connections of every mechanical part are gears, in order to achieve simple installation and convenient maintenance. The drive wheel group and driven wheel group are all supported on crescent bearing box , convenient for disassembly and adjust.
