Flattop tower cranes are generally used on construction sites or bridge construction sites. The flattop tower crane is a new type of tower crane developed in recent years. It is characterized in that the tower tip and its front and rear tie rods are eliminated from the structure of the original jack-up tower crane, and the structural strength of the big arm and balance arm is enhanced. Safety features
Full set of safety protection equipment:weight limit,moment limit,height limit, and slewing limit,emergency brake, labor protective devices like rest platform and guardrail.
1.Weight limit: If the material is over the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for   protection itself.
2.Moment limiter:Real-time monitoring and detection of crane working conditions, with its own diagnostic function, rapid dangerous status alarm and safety control.
3.Height limit:Control the lowest and highest extreme position of lifting hook.

Control mechanism
Hoisting mechanism is driven by three-speed electromotor with high working speed and good speed-adjusting capability and high efficiency; Derrick mechanism using worm-wheel reducer can meet operating needs. Slewing mechanism that is driven by two-speed electromotor; Make operation more stable and reliable.
